Lisa Ferrara, SHRM-SCP, is the Director of Human Resources for Advanced Radiology. She joined the Executive Team in 2020.
As Director of Human Resources, Lisa provides overall HR leadership to the organization, develops HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business objectives, and oversees the development and implementation of human resources policies, programs, and services.
Lisa brings over 25 years of human resources experience to Advanced Radiology. She previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer for the Diocese of Bridgeport, and Vice President of Human Resources for TransAct Technologies in Hamden, CT.
Lisa received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Southern Connecticut State University, a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management from Sacred Heart University and is certified as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. She also serves on the board of Sterling House Community Center, a non-profit organization based in her hometown of Stratford, CT.
